Who we are

Paws 'n Claws Career is a private pet sitting and garden help service run by Barry Kerwand from Jannali, in the Sutherland Shire, New South Wales. You can reach Barry by phone on 0426 282 037 or by email at [email protected].

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the information you type in:

• your name, email address and phone number
• the address or suburb you enter to check travel distance
• what the enquiry is about (pet sitting, a gardening job, or something else), and details about your pet or garden job
• any preferred date and time of day, and whether you asked for a free visit
• any other message you write

We do not ask for payment details, Medicare numbers, or passwords through this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, work out travel distance and any travel fee, arrange a free visit or quote, and, if you book, to look after your pet or garden as agreed.

Who sees your information

• Barry receives your enquiry by email.
• Web3Forms is the service that delivers the enquiry form to Barry's email. It processes the form data on its servers, which may be outside Australia.
• OpenStreetMap services (Nominatim and OSRM) are used to find your address on the map and work out the distance. The address you type is sent to these services when you press "Check distance". Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap.
• Leaflet (map display code) is loaded from unpkg.com.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Barry keeps enquiry emails only as long as needed to reply, arrange and run any booking, and meet record-keeping needs. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map and form services may use their own technical cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can also decline to use the online form and contact Barry by phone instead.
